OUR FIRST PASSION IS finding talent. OUR SECOND IS MARKETING.
(AND OUR THIRD IS TACOS, BUT THAT’S IRRELEVANT)
Once UPON A TIME
Pryce Jackson + Amanda Forgione came up with the idea for _MPLOY one day over tacos. They realized that if they could combine Pryce’s rare human(kind) approach to recruiting with Amanda’s knowledge about how to crush it in a marketing department, they’d be able to create thousands of perfect little work marriages. And who doesn’t want to be a matchmaker?
Turns out, it wasn’t the margaritas talking. _MPLOY brings together true marketing know-how with a fresh take on talent recruitment that yields fast results and happy hires. What are you waiting for?
Did you say human(kind) approach?
Why, yes, we did. We pride ourselves on getting to know our candidates and understanding that you can’t always judge a book by its cover. Of course, experience is important, but it runs deeper than that. Culture is more important than ever, and we want you and your new hire to be a perfect fit so we really get to know the human behind the resume.
Do GREat WORK. BE GOOD PEOPLE.
At _MPLOY, we’re driven by the same values we live our lives by every day, and we make sure that comes across in every job we take on.

THE heart behind _MPLOY
amanda Forgione
Nickname: Mom, Mim, Forge
My marketing/recruiting super power: Empathy
If I interview you, be prepared to answer: How would your best friend describe you?
My strangest interview story: The fire alarm went off during an interview one time. It was already clear we weren’t a match for the candidate, but we spent the next few hours getting to know each other while we waited for the all-clear. 🔥 No candidates were injured during the interview.
My hidden talent: I throw a great party.
How to make a good impression: Be interested, not interesting.
Pryce Jackson
Nickname: Prycey, P-$$$, Frances
My marketing/recruiting super power: Reading the energy of other people
If I interview you, be prepared to answer: You win the lotto and receive $20 million. What would you do with that money?
My strangest interview story: When I was working for a recruitment agency we were screening candidates for a potential client and I had a candidate show up with their dog. It set the stage for a very strange interview!
My hidden talent: I throw a mean left hook. I boxed at Deontay Wilder’s gym in college and sparred with him in the ring. He’s huge!
How to make a good impression: Be yourself. Be on time. Smile. :)
ASHLYN WILSON
Nickname: Ash (but in my t-ball days they called me Hollywood, not because I was good but because I was too good to get dirty)
My marketing/recruiting super power: Comfortability
My strangest interview story: I was interviewing a candidate that I really liked, I shared for 30 minutes all about the company we were hiring for - we submitted them to the company and found out they had already applied directly to the company a week prior but had acted over the phone as though they had never heard of the company before…
My hidden talent: iPhonetography, who knew you didn’t need a big ol’ lens to get some killer pics!
How to make a good impression: Know your stuff and be honest!
